Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at theanoira@gmail.com with your Order ID.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.


Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect product was delivered.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable, unless they are defective or the wrong item was received.

How to Request a Return

  • Email us at theanoira@gmail.com with:

    • Your Order ID

    • A clear explanation of the issue

    • Supporting photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
