Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at theanoira@gmail.com with your Order ID.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

Return requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect product was delivered.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable, unless they are defective or the wrong item was received.

How to Request a Return

Email us at theanoira@gmail.com with:
- Your Order ID
- A clear explanation of the issue
- Supporting photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
